How long does a listing last, and why did it disappear?
On ArcBase, a listing for an ARC Raiders item stays active for 6 hours, and a listing for a service stays active for 16 hours. The time counts from the moment you publish it. When the time runs out, the listing disappears from the catalog, and no one can start a trade on it. A listing also closes if you delete it or everything is sold.

How long is a listing active?
An item listing: 6 hours.
A service listing: 16 hours.
The time is shown on the publish button: "List now for 6 hours" or "List now for 16 hours". You cannot extend a listing. Editing a listing does not extend it either.
Why did the listing disappear from the catalog?
A listing disappears from the catalog in 3 cases:
- 1.
The time ran out: 6 hours for an item or 16 hours for a service.
- 2.
You deleted the listing.
- 3.
Everything is sold. If the listing uses bundles, it closes when less than 1 whole bundle is left.
A closed listing is not visible in the catalog or in your listings window. You cannot bring it back. To sell or buy the item again, create a new listing. A closed listing does not stop you from creating a new one for the same item.
Why can't you start a trade?
You can only start a trade on an active listing. A closed listing does not open from the catalog or from a link. If the listing closed after you opened the catalog, the trade window shows "This listing is no longer available", and the "Initiate trade" button is disabled.

What happens to trades already started?
Nothing. Trades and contracts started before the listing closed continue. You can complete them.
What does the warning at publishing mean?
After you click "List now for 6 hours", the site shows the "Attention" window. By clicking "Agree, list", you agree to:
hold the item or service for the trade;
respond to incoming requests.
Ignoring requests lowers your score and slows future trades.
To stop the window from appearing, check "Hide this alert for 7 days".
