FAQ — how to trade and create listings

ArcBase is an unofficial fan marketplace for ARC Raiders. Players sell and buy items and services, agree on the details in chat, and lock in the trade terms with a contract. The site is free to use.
Read the full answerA contract locks in the trade terms, and every player's reputation and reviews are visible. If your partner cheated you in a trade with Credits, you can dispute it, and an administrator makes the decision.

Open "Profile" → "Personal Information", enter a new name in the "Username" block, and confirm with the "Change username" button. A username is 3 to 13 characters long, and you can change it once every 30 days.
Read the full answerOpen "Profile" → "Personal Information" and click the pencil next to your avatar to upload a JPG, PNG, or WebP image up to 2 MB. The "Remove avatar" button removes your own avatar, and your Discord avatar comes back the next time you sign in.
Read the full answerEmbark ID is your ARC Raiders identifier in the "Name#1234" format. Only your trade partner sees it, after the contract is signed, to add you in the game. Set it in "Profile" → "Personal Information".

A listing is a player's offer to sell or buy an item or a service for Credits, Seeds or other items. Item listings are collected on the home page, and service listings are in the "Services" section of the "Trade" menu.
Read the full answerSign in with Discord, click "Create listing" → "Sell" on the marketplace home page and choose an item. Enter the quantity and the price, click "Review", then "List now for 6 hours". The listing appears right away, without moderation, and stays active for 6 hours.
Read the full answerSign in, hover over "Create listing" and choose "Buy". Find the item, enter the quantity and what you will give in return: one or more offers. Click "Review", then "List now for 6 hours".
Read the full answerOn the "Services" page, click "Create listing", choose a service, describe it and set a price in Credits. Services can only be sold, and the listing and offer descriptions are required. The listing stays active for 16 hours.
Read the full answerFor an item, you can offer another item ("Barter"), "Seeds", "Credits" or a combination of them. For a service, only "Credits". One listing can specify several payment options.
Read the full answerA bundle lets you sell a resource in batches, for example 100 pieces at a time, and the price is set per bundle. The buyer takes as many bundles as they need. Any remainder that does not fill a whole bundle is not sold.
Read the full answerAn offer is a payment option in a listing, and your partner picks one of them. If "Ready to counteroffer" is on, your partner can propose their own terms, and you decide whether to accept them.
Read the full answerAn item listing stays active for 6 hours, a service listing for 16 hours. After that, or after it is deleted or fully sold, it disappears from the catalog, and no one can start a trade on it.
Read the full answerClick the panel with the number of active listings at the bottom of the screen, then click the pencil or trash icon on the listing card. You cannot change the item or the listing type. Deleting is permanent, but trades already started can be completed.
Read the full answerFind an item with the catalog search and narrow the results with the "Type", "Category", "Rarity" and "Counteroffer" filters and the payment method. If you want to buy an item, choose the "Sell" type.

Click "Trade" on a listing and start a trade. Agree on the details in chat, then the listing owner sends a contract with the final terms, you sign it and transfer the items in the game. At the end, both sides leave a review.
Read the full answerAfter the contract is signed, the site shows your partner's Embark ID. Add them in the game and transfer the items in a raid. The site doesn't transfer anything itself, so we recommend recording the exchange on video.
Read the full answerThe "Decline trade" button cancels a trade, and this can't be undone for both sides. The partner can decline a contract, and the listing owner can cancel their own. After the contract is signed, you can't cancel the trade.
Read the full answerIf a trade chat has no messages for 7 days, the trade closes with the "Expired" status and doesn't affect "Success Trades". An unsigned contract expires after 3 minutes. You don't have to wait: you can decline the trade.

After the contract is signed, click "Leave feedback" in the trade chat and choose "Positive" or "Negative". You can leave a review 1 time. If you don't leave it in time, the site creates a positive review automatically.
Read the full answerLeave a negative review, and the trade gets the "Disputed" status. Then open the dispute form and send your evidence within 24 hours. An administrator makes the decision. A dispute is only possible in trades with Credits.
Read the full answerYour level grows with completed trades and never drops. Your score depends on reviews, activity, response speed and achievements. Declined and expired trades aren't counted. Stats are shown in your profile and when you click a player's name.

Credits are the site currency for paying in listings and trades. Check your balance in the "Wallet": click the balance in the site header. Adding and withdrawing Credits will appear after the beta.
Read the full answerThe fee is 10% of the Credits amount, but no less than 1 Credit. The listing owner pays it. Trades with only items or Seeds have no fee. The minimum amount in Credits is 2.

Click the bell in the site header. You get notifications about trades, contracts, messages, reviews, achievements, and wallet transactions. You can mark them as read one at a time or all at once.
Read the full answerOpen your profile, then "Notifications", and turn on "Notify me in Discord DMs". The bot messages you only about what has stayed unread on the site for 1 minute, and only if you are a member of its server.
