Where do I see notifications?
ArcBase notifications open with the bell button in the site header. The number on the bell shows how many notifications you haven't read yet. You get notifications about trades, contracts, chat messages, reviews, achievements, and wallet transactions. Notifications are visible only after you sign in to the site.
How to open notifications

Sign in to the site.

Click the bell in the site header. The "Notifications" panel opens on the right.

Click a trade notification to open that trade's chat. The notification becomes read.
What do you get notifications about?
Trades: a trade started, completed, was declined, expired, or fell through; a dispute was opened.
Contracts: a contract was created, signed, declined, or expired.
Chat: a new message in a trade chat.
Reviews: a partner left a review about you.
Achievements: a new achievement was unlocked.
Wallet: "Payout received", "Credits refunded", "Credits granted", "Balance topped up".
Discord: "Discord notifications turned off" means the bot can no longer message you.
A new notification also appears in a pop-up for a few seconds. You don't need to refresh the page.
How do you mark notifications as read?
One notification: click "Mark as read" in its row or open it.
All at once: click "Mark all as read" in the "Notifications" panel.
A read notification shows a "Read" label instead of the button.
How long are notifications kept?
Unread notifications are kept until you read them. Read ones are deleted after 24 hours. If there are no notifications, the panel shows "Nothing yet".
You can also get notifications in your Discord DMs. The bot sends only what is still unread on the site.
