What are Credits and where is my balance?
Credits are the ArcBase internal currency. You can use them to pay for an ARC Raiders item or a service in a listing. Your balance is shown in the site header. Click it to open the "Wallet". Adding and withdrawing Credits will become available after the beta ends.

Where do you check your balance?
- 1.
Sign in to the site.
- 2.
Click the balance in the site header.
- 3.
The "Wallet" opens on the right. The amount is shown in the "Credits Balance" row.

What are Credits for?
Credits are one of the payment methods in a listing, along with "Barter" and "Seeds". Services can be paid only in Credits. The minimum amount in Credits is 2. The site charges a fee on trades with Credits.
How do you add to your balance or withdraw Credits?
You can't yet. Adding and withdrawing will appear after the beta ends. The "Add" and "Withdraw" tabs in the "Wallet" currently show a "coming soon" message.
Can you get Credits for free?
Not right now. A new account starts with a balance of 0 Credits. You can get Credits by selling an item or a service for Credits.
Where do you see your transaction history?
The "History" tab in the "Wallet" is not available yet. The site sends you a notification about every Credits payment and refund: "Payout received", "Credits refunded", or "Credits granted".
What happens to Credits during a trade?
When a contract includes Credits, the site reserves them from the buyer. Reserved Credits cannot be spent and are not included in the "Credits Balance". The buyer is the one who pays Credits:
in a "Sell" listing, it's the partner, and the Credits are reserved when the contract is signed;
in a "Buy" listing, it's the listing owner, and the Credits are reserved when the contract is sent.
When the trade is complete, the seller receives the Credits. If the contract is declined, canceled, or expires, the Credits return to the buyer. Payments and refunds may arrive with a short delay.
If you don't have enough Credits, the site shows "Insufficient available balance.", and the contract is not sent or signed.
