How do I transfer an item in the game?
ArcBase doesn't transfer items itself: the exchange happens in ARC Raiders. After the contract is signed, your partner's Embark ID appears in the trade chat. Add your partner as a mate in the game, meet up in a raid and transfer the items. You have 1 hour for items and 12 hours for services to transfer and leave a review.
How to transfer an item

Wait until the contract is signed. The message "Now, you can go in raid, back with feedback in time!" appears in the trade chat.

Copy your partner's Embark ID from the "Embark ID to add your mate:" line.
- 3.
In ARC Raiders, add your partner as a mate using this Embark ID.
- 4.
Meet up in a raid and transfer the items according to the contract terms.
- 5.
Return to the trade chat and click "Leave feedback".
What if my partner has no Embark ID?
If it says "Not specified" instead of the Embark ID, your partner hasn't added it to their profile. Ask your partner to post their Embark ID in the trade chat. Add your own Embark ID in your profile settings in advance, so your partner sees it right after signing.
Does the site check the item transfer?
No. The site can't see what happens in the game. The site also doesn't check that the Embark ID belongs to that player. Reviews from both sides record the outcome of the trade. If your partner didn't transfer the item in a trade with Credits, leave a negative review and open a dispute.
Record the in-game exchange on video. A video is the main evidence if a dispute starts.
How much time do I have for the transfer?
Items — 1 hour after the contract is sent.
Services — 12 hours or the completion time stated in the service.
Until the time runs out, each side can leave a review. If you don't leave a review, the site creates a positive review automatically and completes the trade.
When does the seller get the Credits?
The seller receives the Credits when the trade is completed: both sides have left a review or the review time has run out. The payment may arrive with a slight delay. If one of the sides left a negative review, the Credits stay reserved until an administrator decides.
