How do I leave a review after a trade?
On ArcBase, you leave a review after the contract is signed and the exchange happens in the game. Click "Leave feedback" in the trade chat, choose "Positive" or "Negative" and write a comment. You can leave a review 1 time, and you can't change it. When both sides have left a review, the trade is completed.
How to leave a review

Open the trade chat.

Click "Leave feedback".

Choose "Positive" or "Negative".

Write a comment: 5 to 2000 characters.

Click "Send review". For a negative review, the button is called "Send report".
After you send it, the button changes to "Feedback submitted", and you can no longer write in the trade chat.
When can I leave a review?
You can leave a review after the contract is signed, until the trade time runs out:
items — 1 hour;
services — 12 hours or the completion time stated in the service.
When the time runs out, the "Leave feedback" button disappears.
What happens if I don't leave a review?
The site creates a positive review automatically and completes the trade. "Automatic review created" appears in the chat. An automatic review carries half the weight of a regular one in the score.
What happens after a negative review?
If the contract includes Credits, a negative review opens a dispute. The trade gets the "Disputed" status, and the Credits stay reserved until an administrator decides. If the contract has no Credits, the trade simply completes, and the negative review affects your partner's score.
Who sees my review?
Your partner gets a "left you a review" notification. The review text and type aren't shown to your partner. The review affects your partner's score.
You can't change or delete a review. Make sure you received everything before you send it.
