How do I create a service listing?
To offer an ARC Raiders service on ArcBase, such as raid help, create a listing on the "Services" page. Choose a service from the list, describe it and set a price in Credits. Services can only be sold, and they can only be paid for in Credits. The listing stays active for 16 hours. To create a listing, sign in to the site with Discord.
How to create a service listing
As an example, let's sell the "Raid Carry" service for 50 Credits.
Start creating the listing

In the site header, hover over "Trade" and select "Services". The service listings catalog opens.

Click the "Create listing" button above the list of service listings.
Choose a service
A list of services opens. Click the one you want.
ArcBase has 6 services:
"Boss Kill";
"Quest Help";
"Raid Carry";
"Scrappy Upgrades";
"Workshop Upgrade";
"Custom Service": anything not on the list. Describe the terms in the listing and discuss them in the trade chat.
Describe the service
In the "Listing description" field, write exactly what you will do. For example, which maps you help on, how many raids the service includes and when you usually play. The field is required, up to 500 characters.
Set the price

Click "Add preferred offer" and choose "Credits".

Enter the amount, for example 50. The site shows the platform fee next to it.
- 3.
In the "Offer description" field, write what the buyer gets for this price, for example "1 raid on any map". The field is required, up to 200 characters.
To offer several options, click "Add alternative offer". For example, 50 Credits for 1 raid or 120 Credits for 3 raids. The buyer picks one option.
Turn on "Ready to counteroffer" if buyers may propose their own price.
Review and publish

Click "Review". On the "Summary" screen, check the service, the description and the price. To fix something, click "Edit".

Click "List now for 16 hours".
- 3.
In the "Attention" window, click "Agree, list". This means you agree to hold the service for the trade and to respond to buyers' requests.
If you ignore requests, your score goes down. To stop the window from appearing every time, check "Hide this alert for 7 days".
What are the rules for service listings?
Services can only be sold. There are no "Buy" listings for services.
Payment is in Credits only, at least 2 Credits per offer.
The platform fee is 10% of the amount, at least 1 Credit. You pay it: you receive the offer amount minus the fee.
"Listing description" (up to 500 characters) and "Offer description" (up to 200 characters) are required. Without them, the site shows "Please fill in all required fields".
The listing stays active for 16 hours. You can sell one service many times while the listing is active.
How much time do I have to complete the service?
The time counts from when the contract is signed. If the participants do not leave reviews within that time, the trade completes automatically and the Credits go to you.
"Scrappy Upgrades" and "Workshop Upgrade": 48 hours.
"Custom Service": 72 hours.
All other services: 12 hours.
Where do I find my listing?
The listing appears on the "Services" page right away. To open your listings, click the bar with the number of active listings at the bottom of the screen. In the window, click "Services": item listings are shown there by default. There you can also edit or delete the listing.
